PLACING AN ORDER:

Find the product(s) you would like to purchase on Danluta’s website
Select the colour, size of your preference and click “Add to cart”
Once you have added all products you would like, select the “Check out” option
You will be asked to enter your shipping and billing details
Review the order to see if all items and details are correct
Press “Place order”

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
For international orders, confirmation emails may be slightly delayed due to manual review and processing. Rest assured, this process is typically completed within 24 hours. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

In the unlikely circumstance we would be unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to you on the email address you provided during the time of ordering. Included will be the explanation of the issue that may have arose.

We ask you to double check all details and information provided to ensure your order is correct. Once you have selected “Place order” the order will be submitted and we are no longer able to make any changes to the order

Danluta reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfillment on all orders placed on Danluta.com:

We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order in case of any of the following reasons:

The product is not available / in stock
Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
You order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
We could not deliver to the address you provided due to shipping restrictions and force majeure circumstances.

In the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors or mistakes in the website’s information

We ship from Monday to Friday excluding local public holidays.

We aim to get all the orders out for shipment within 24 hours of confirmation of payment. Tracking details, if applicable, are included in the dispatch email confirmation.

Standard delivery is free on all orders over $135.

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5-14 days. However, please note that customs inspections may be required, and longer distances or stricter customs procedures can occasionally cause additional delays.

Please note that Danluta is not liable for any delays in delivery resulting from factors beyond our control,including but not limited to: customs inspections, service strikes, civil unrest, riots, acts of terrorism or threats thereof, weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, epidemics, or failures of public or private telecommunications networks.

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties placed by the recipient’s country. Danluta is not associated with these fees and all fees must be paid at the time of checkout on our site. International shipping fees for returns or exchanges of products will be the responsibility of the customer for a refund.

All options for shipping and the associated cost are displayed at checkout and must be paid prior to checkout.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns in the original packaging in unused condition within 14 days upon delivery. We will exchange your unused products in original packaging within 14 days, there will be one complimentary exchange per order.

Danluta reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. If the item(s) are not returned in the original packaging, a fee will be deducted from your return. Please return all items back in the original packaging. Please do not write or tape on the box.

Defective Products

If your product was damaged upon delivery, please upload pictures of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery.

Danluta will send your new product once the original item is returned.
International shipping fees for returns or exchanges of products will be the responsibility of the customer.

While we hope to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, if you still wish to proceed with a refund, we will process your payment as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued to the payment card used at the time of purchase. Danluta may request your bank details if necessary to complete the refund process.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
