2. Returns & Refunds
   Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
   Customized and wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
3. Damages & Claims
   If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess and offer a replacement or credit where appropriate.
4. Liability
   Danluta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
