Do any of your products contain lead?

All Danluta glassware is lead-free.We can guarantee that all our glassware is food-grade safe.

Where do you make your glass?

All our glassware is made locally in our workshop with full design and quality control by our team.

Are your products made from recycled glass?

While we prioritize using pure raw materials to ensure top-tier glass quality, we are open to using recycled materials and eco-friendly techniques for bulk custom orders based on client requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom glassware?

Our minimum order quantity for hand-blown glassware is 1,000 pieces(larger items may require a lower quantity). And for machine-made glassware, the MOQ is 5000 pieces. For glassware in production or in stock — any quantity is acceptable.

How can I order online?

To place an order, simply contact our sales team with your product selection, quantity, and destination. We'll confirm availability, pricing, lead time, and shipping details. Once confirmed, we'll issue a proforma invoice and production will begin after payment.

We currently do not support direct online checkout for B2B orders, as most of our clients require customized terms, bulk pricing, or special packaging. But we're happy to guide you through everything quickly by email or WhatsApp.

Can I get free samples to test the quality?

Absolutely. Your sample fee will be refunded when you place your order.

What is your shipping policy?

At Danluta, we offer flexible international shipping terms such as FOB (Free on Board), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), and CFR(Cost and Freight) to suit different customer needs.

When can I receive the samples?

Anytime — we will ship the samples within three days. If you want your own logo on the samples, we will ship them within one week.

Can I customize the product?

Absolutely. We work with precision mold-making factories that also serve industries such as aerospace and rail components. We can create a brand-new mold to produce products tailored specifically for you.

What is your delivery time?

On-time delivery is our principle. Our standard lead time is around 25 days, and for products with custom logos, it is usually 25–35 days.

How is the quality of the cartons? Can they protect the products from any damage during transportation?

No problem at all. For different shapes of glassware, we recommend and provide the most suitable packaging methods to ensure safe delivery.
